Frame Basting
Frame Basting is a service provided by members, for members. It is usually utilized by members who choose to hand-quilt their tops. Basting provides stability to the three layers while the quilting is completed, usually in your lap. Sometimes a hoop is also used. It is also a fun, social time with fellow quilters – More information is available in the handbook or by contacting the Basting chair.
