Membership
Membership in the guild is open to all who have an interest in quilting. The experience of our members includes beginners, intermediate, and advanced quilters, but quilting knowledge is not required to join the guild. Our monthly meetings provide an opportunity for everybody to spend time with other quilters, listening to speakers, learning a new technique and having fun. Each meeting includes a “Show and Share” time where members and guests present their recent quilts. Guests are welcome to attend two meetings before making the decision to join.
Members must wear a name tag at official Guild meetings. The name tag may be homemade or purchased from the Guild. Members failing to display their name tag at Guild meetings are asked to donate 25 cents. PQG name tags may be purchased from the Membership Chairperson.
Our membership year runs from January to December and membership dues are $20.00 per year which are not prorated. Dues are collected during December and January, and are expected no later than January 31st. Dues may be mailed to the Pensacola Quilters’ Guild, P.O. Box 10823, Pensacola, FL 32524. Please provide a copy of the membership form with your check.
