COMMUNITY QUILTS

Our Guild members make small quilts that are donated to several community charity organizations.  We accept donations of quality quilt fabric and supplies to help us meet the local need.  Contact the Community Quilts Committee if you have any questions or would like to participate in these efforts. More Information

October Day & Night Meetings

Thursday, October 23rd

             Tuesday, October 28th             "Well Dressed!"

Karen Williamson will present a lecture and a mini-trunk show featuring the quilts she has made from men's shirts. Her original design, "Eyelash Shirts", won Viewer's Choice at our most recent show! She will discuss how to cut the shirts apart and which patterns work best for recycling men's clothing. 

November Day & Night Meetings

             Thursday, October 28th             "Panel Play"

Do you love panels but don't quite know what to do with them? Cena will (try to) inspire you to dig into that stash and get those quilts done! If you have a quilt featuring a panel, please bring it to the meeting to be a part of that discussion!

December Day & Night Meetings

             Thursday, December 18th         Annual Christmas Party and Pot Luck

The guild will provide a ham and tea as well as paper products and utensils. Bring your favorite side dish to share. We will exchange mug rugs or other small quilt-related items. Pleas wrap your item.
